Bundle Care
We recommend always using a clarifying shampoo first and a deep cleansing shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner to remove all excess dirt and oil and replenish moisture and shine. Always air dry, This brings hair back to its original natural state for continual installs.The extensions can be colored should be colored by a licensed professional. These instructions minimize shedding and tangling. Although, Tru Cheveux Concepts prides itself on supplying the luxurious quality extension.
Return policy
All sales are final on all Tru Cheveux Concepts products but should you experience any issues with your extensions we will mitigate the issue after further review. For bundles we must be notified within 7 business days after receiving the items. For units we must be notified within 3 business days. (Please dont make any alterations to the products, contact us first)
Quality and Longevity
Our bundles can last up to a year w/ proper maintenance or at least 2-3 installs. Our units can last 1-2 years with proper maintenance.
